<p>GRACE - MARIE REDFORD (nee Dahl)</p> <p>May 10, 1959 – September 9, 2020</p> <p>It is with great sadness that the family of Grace - Marie Redford (nee Dahl) announces the passing on Wednesday, September 9, 2020. She was surrounded by love, family and music as she peacefully took her last breath.</p> <p>Grace will be lovingly remembered by her soulmate of 39 years, Larry, her son James, daughter Kristen, son Raymond, her grandchildren Matthew, Austin, Lucas Damion, Teegan, Autumn, Lily. Also surviving is her mom Hy Dahl, brother Alan (9Sandra) as well as numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.</p> <p>Grace was predeceased by her father Merl, and most recently her dogs Molly, Tommy and numerous other dogs over the years. All the dogs in Heaven that lived with Grace will be there wagging their tails.</p> <p>Grace was a bright light to all who knew her. Her strength, wisdom and guidance will be missed by family, friends and colleagues as well as all the students she taught.</p> <p>Due to the COVID restrictions a Private Family Service will be held on Sunday, September 20, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. at the All Saints Anglican Church with Rev. Christopher Cook officiating. There will be a grand celebration for the life of Grace when the restrictions are lifted.</p> <p>The family would like to thank the Doctors and Nursing Staff for the care and compassion shown to Grace and to our family, it will not be forgotten.</p> <p>If friends so desire memorial donations may be made to the Alberta Cancer Foundation Provincial Office, 710-10123 99 St. NW, Edmonton, Alberta T5J 9Z9.</p> <p>Drayton Valley Funeral Services are in care of arrangements.
