On Wednesday, September 9, 2020 of West Mifflin, formerly of South Side.  Husband of Muriel Kosakowski.  Father of Donna (Terry) Harshman, Leon Kosakowski and Father Ben.  Preceded in death by his parents Leo and Frances Kosakowski and his daughter Joann.   Brother of Leon W.
