Alfrieda Vorra of Dunmore, beloved wife of the late Gordon Vorra, passed away on Tuesday, September 8th, 2020 at the age of 84 years. Alfrieda leaves to cherish her memory her children, Brenda Livingstone (Byron Horsfall), Cheryl (Bob) Patrick and Don (Shelley) Vorra; grandchildren, John (Deb) Horsfall, Renée Qualizza, Ryan (Kristina) Livingstone, Clayton (Miranda) Patrick, Candice Patrick, Taylor Vorra, Tori Vorra; great-grandchildren, Riley, Adrian, Connor, Isabella, Hunter, Madison and Alanna; brother, Andrew (Marilyn) Werth; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Alfrieda was predeceased by her husband, Gordon; parents, Gottlieb and Melita; brother, Jacob Werth; and sisters, Lena Harden and Viola Hassard. The Memorial Service will be held at SAAMIS MEMORIAL FUNERAL CHAPEL, 1 Dunmore Road SE, Medicine Hat, AB, on Saturday, September 12th, 2020 at 10:30 with Gary W. Goran officiating. A private family interment will follow at SAAMIS PRAIRIE VIEW CEMETERY. Due to current Covid-19 restrictions, attendance will be limited to 100 people including clergy and staff.
