Mrs. Peggy Ann Thomas passed, 76 of Rockaway Beach NY passed away on Sept.1, 2020 in Forest Lake MN.

Peggy Ann Thomas born in Corona, Queens NY to John and Susan Corthran-Brown, on Sep. 7, 1943. Peggy graduated from Clara Barton High School in Brooklyn NY, and attended some classes at York College.  She married Albert C. Thomas on Jan. 1 1961.

Peggy worked over 25 years for the Wohlstadler Family.  She was an advocate for her Rocakway Beach Community after she retired.

Peggy is preceded in death her husband Albert C. Thomas Sr, Parents John and Susan, 4 brothers, and 1 sister.

Peggy is survived by her children, Joyce C. (Jeffrey) Scott, Albert C. Thomas Jr., Richard E. (Deanna)Thomas, Ernest M. Thomas; sisters, Susan, Cora, Patricia; brother, Ralph; grandchildren, Jeffrey (Tenia), Jared (Amanda),  Alysia Thomas, Domenick Thomas, Janiya Cousin; great-grandchildren: Tylene (Ty), Jeff III, and Isaac.

Beverly Thomas, The Wohlstadter Family (Sam, Karen, Josh, Mark).  The Johnson Family of MN.  Debra Ann Smith, and a host of nieces/nephews, great-nieces/nephews, and great-great-nieces/nephews, other family and friends to numerous to mention.

The Family of Peggy Ann Thomas wishes to extend our sincere thanks and gratitude to the medical Staff at the St. Johns Cancer Center (Maplewood MN), and the Hospice Organization that kept her comfortable in her final days.

A Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, September 12, 2020, at Mattson Funeral Home, 343 North Shore Drive, Forest Lake.  The family will be greeting friends one hour prior to the service.
