Mary Loraine Howard Davis, 79, of Jefferson, PA, died at 6:46 PM Wednesday, September 09, 2020, in the Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, WV. She was born Thursday, February 27, 1941 in Waynesburg, PA. A daughter of the late Tony Howard and Elsie Katherine Temple Howard. Mary was a member of the First Christian Church in Waynesburg. She had worked for 10 years as the Tax Collector for Jefferson Twp. and was a homemaker. She is survived by her Husband: Robert E. Davis. Also surviving are 1 Daughter: Natalie Smalley, of Jefferson, PA., 1 Granddaughter: Danyelle Smalley, 1 Great Granddaughter: Jesslynn Dudley, 3 Sisters: Haddie Doney of Waynesburg, PA., Suzie Davis, of Jefferson, PA., and Gloria Keener, of Waynesburg, PA., 3 Brothers: William Howard, of Waynesburg, PA., Paul Howard, of Waynesburg, PA., and James Howard, of Pitt Gas, PA., and several nieces and nephews.
