Kevin is preceded in death by his parents, Gaio and Mava Gilmore; wife, Teresa Cox Gilmore; and sister, Candace Hales

Survivors include his daughter, Antoinette Nicole Brown and husband, Steve of Duluth, MN; grandchildren, Addison Brown and Alexander Brown; sister, Sharon Eubanks and husband, Johnny of Rayville; nephew, Jamie Hales.
