<p><strong>As a result of current restrictions on gatherings, we are providing HeartStrings, our online sympathy message where you can upload a photo and write a note or share a memory that will be printed and given to the family.&nbsp;<font color="blue"><a href="/heartstrings"><font color="blue">Please click here to send your support.</font></a></font></strong></p> <p>Charles James Rinke,&nbsp;age 88, of Forest Lake, Minnesota, died Monday, September 7, 2020 at Fairview Lakes Regional Medical Center.&nbsp; He is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Marilyn; and son, John Patrick. &nbsp;Charles will be forever loved and remembered by his sister, Betty Wagner, four nieces and nephews, his daughter, Carol (Jim) Hart; his son, Charles, Jr. (Robin) Rinke; grandchildren, Kristin Hart, Erika (Joseph) Nieves, Alyssa Hart, Sam (Jessica) Rinke, Sophia (Aaron) Johnson, Phoebe (Alex) Stanford, and nine great-grandchildren.&nbsp; Charles was born on April 16, 1932 in Aberdeen, South Dakota, to John Carl Rinke and Hilda Rinke.&nbsp; He served in the US Marine Corp in Korea for three years. He then worked in the finance and loan business for the greater part of his career.&nbsp; He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and loved the Lord.&nbsp; A memorial will be held sometime in the Spring or Summer when his family can all be together.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
