Nadine Ruth Pitt, 86, of Frisco, Texas died on Wednesday, September 9, 2020, at Faith Presbyterian Hospice in Dallas, Texas. Mrs. Pitt lived in Jackson, Tennessee, for many years, before moving to Texas in September 2019 to live with her daughter and son-in-law.

Born Friday, October 13, 1933 in Hickman, Kentucky. she was the daughter of the late Alvin Ayers and the late Ludie Hall McDonald. Mrs. Pitt was a retired teacher for the Northwest Tennessee Head Start Program. Nadine was loved by all who met her.

Due to the current national conditions and the family's concern for the health and well being of others  a private family visitation will be held at Johnson-Williams Funeral Home. Friends are asked to join the family for the 11:00 AM graveside service to be held at Fairview Cemetery in Dyersburg, Tennessee on Monday, September 14, 2020. Officiating this service will be Rev. Bill Williamson.

She leaves to cherish her memory, one son, Kevin Pitt (Gina) of Guntersville, Alabama; two daughters, Felecia Atkins (Tom) of Frisco, Texas and Debby Bluew of Trimble, Tennessee; one sister, Brenda Williamson (Larry) of Newbern, Tennessee and six grandchildren, Clint Lee, Holly Bluew, Brennan Atlkins, Brady Atkins, Kaleb Pitt  and McKenzie Pitt.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Ted Pitt, one son, Mike Evans and two brothers, Jere Ayers and Keith McDonald and one grand-daughter, Amber Evans.

Honoring Mrs. Pitt as pallbearers will be Brennan Atkins, Brady Atkins, Kaleb Pitt, Tom Atkins and Clint Lee..
