Charlotte E. DesRoches

Dateline-Rochester, NH Charlotte Elaine DesRoches, 89, passed away September 9, 2020 at the Carriage Hill Assisted Living in Madbury, NH. She was born October 26, 1930 in Farmington, NH, daughter of the late Charles Leslie Bickford and Florence F. (Connor) Bickford. Charlotte grew up in Farmington, NH and was one of six children in her family. She married Joseph DesRoches Jr. and they had three children together. They were longtime residents in Brentwood. Charlotte was a devoted homemaker for her family and her family meant everything to her. Charlotte found great joy in gardening. After her husband’s death in 1991, Charlotte resided the last 29 years in Rochester, NH. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Nancy and Kenneth Anderson, son, Michael DesRoches, son and daughter-in-law, Richard and Pat DesRoches, 6 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, sister, Bertha, sister, Kay, sister, Joyce and several nieces and nephews. Charlotte was also predeceased by her two brothers, Charles and Lewis. There are no calling hours. A graveside service will be held on Friday, September 11, 2020 at 1:30 PM at the Exeter Cemetery.
