James M. Leitzel of Halfax, Pa. passed away Wednesday September 9, 2020 at home. Jim was born April 9, 1943 at Lykens Twp. to the late Lawrence K. and Alma Moyer Leitzel. He was a graduate of Milton Hershey High School and was an Air Force Veteran. He enjoyed working on cars and computers. Jim is survived by his wife Mary Ann Kerwin Leitzel, daughters Jennifer A. Smith and husband Don, Shannon R. Demeulemeester and husband Rob, a son James J. Leitzel and grandchildren Kathryn and Clara Rose. In addition to his parents Jim was preceded in death by six brothers, two sisters and two step-sisters. Services will be private at the convience of the family. In lieu of flowers memorial donation may be made in Jim’s name to Homeland at Home Hospice, 2300 Vartan Way, Suite 270, Harrisburg, Pa. 17110.
