Donna Lee Youngs, 73, passed away Friday, September 4, 2020 at Mat-Su Regional Medical Center, Palmer, Alaska. Services will be held at 5 pm Friday, September 11, 2020 at Farm Loop Christian Center; 5900 N Farm Loop Road in Palmer, Alaska. Donna was born September 11, 1946 in Meadville, Pennsylvania. She earned her B.S. degree in Education and Marine Biology. Donna has made her home in Alaska since 1993. Over the years, she has worked as a supervisor with Alaska Job Corps, and as a teacher, administrator and principal in public and private schools. Donna is survived by her husband, Les J. Youngs of Wasilla; her children, Chad C. Hobert, Joshua C. and his wife, Amy Hobert, and Jasen L. and his wife, Heidi Youngs, all of Wasilla; two grandsons, Howard L. Hobert and Jase F. Youngs, both of Wasilla; one granddaughter, Hannah R. Youngs of Wasilla, and one sister, Carol Ridle of Meadville, Pennsylvania.
