Tommy Stowe Obituary

Tommy Stowe, age 96, of New Smyrna Beach, died Saturday, September 5, 2020 at his residence.  Born in Lula, Georgia to James and Jancey Cotton Stowe; Tommy moved to this area in 1951 from Carnesville, Georgia.
 
A retired sheet metal worker, Tommy served in the Army during WWII.  He placed 3rd in the Pan Am National Tour. Tommy enjoyed playing music, gardening, farming, driving his tractor and he could whittle anything.  
 
Survivors include his wife of 63 years, Georgia; 4 children, Cassandra Stowe Marconi, and her husband, Guy, Jeffrey Allen Stowe, and his wife, Valarie, David Edward Stowe, and his wife, Laurel, and Patricia Michelle Stowe; a brother, Kenneth Stowe, and his wife, Janice “Bay”; 7 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Tommy was preceded in death by 8 siblings.
 
A graveside service will be 10:00 a.m., Thursday, September 10, at Edgewater-New Smyrna Cemetery, with Reverend Russell Allen officiating.
