<p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp; &nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;Joshua Roy Jones</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp; The death of Joshua Jones of Dalhousie, best friend and soulmate for four years to Brandy, amazing dad, papa, son, uncle and grandson, occurred suddenly&nbsp; in Dalhousie on September 4, 2020 at the age of 38. Born in Woodstock, he was the son of Larry and Angela (Clark) Jones.&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;&nbsp; Joshua always had a sparkle in his eyes and a heart of gold. Always full of life and just wanted too make people smile. He had no fear and a passion for music, fishing, going to water falls and especially walking on the beach picking sea glass and skipping rocks with his loving family. He could always be heard laughing and uttering his many expressions such as &ldquo;wanna hug or wanna&nbsp;wrestle&rdquo; or &ldquo;life is like a jump rope&rdquo;.&nbsp; Joshua volunteered at the Dalhousie soup kitchen and was employed at the Moulin Cafe as a prep cook.</p> <p>&nbsp; &nbsp;He&nbsp;is survived by his fiance Brandy Freeman of Dalhousie, father Larry of Upper Hainseville, mother Angela (Willard) of Woodstock, daughter Amica of Alberta,&nbsp;Christian, Emma, Alyssa, Dylen, Faith, Sarah; grandson Darcy; grandmother Elinor; siblings Amanda (Randy) Fisher of Florenceville, Joey Jones of Alberta;&nbsp;niece Ruthie Fisher and nephew Rhys as well as several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.</p> <p>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp; For those&nbsp;interested, part of his ashes will be buried at a graveside service at&nbsp;Hainesville Cemetery on Caverhill Road on Saturday at 3 PM.   The death of Joshua Jones of Dalhousie, best friend and soulmate for four years to Brandy, amazing dad, papa, son, uncle and grandson, occurred suddenly  in Dalhousie on September 4, 2020 at the age of 38. Born in Woodstock, he was the son of Larry and Angela (Clark) Jones. 

 

   Joshua always had a sparkle in his eyes and a heart of gold. Always full of life and just wanted too make people smile.   For those interested, part of his ashes will be buried at a graveside service at Hainesville Cemetery on Caverhill Road on Saturday at 3 PM. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date in Dalhousie. Arrangements are in the care of MacMillan’s Funeral Home Black Point.
