Elsa - Juan Luis "Johnny" Medrano, 55, went with our Lord peacefully at his Elsa residence September 7, 2020. Johnny was born July 8, 1965 to Concepcion and Carmen Medrano in Edinburg, TX. Johnny worked most of his life in the field of landscaping. Johnny is survived by his wife, Paula Castillo; daughters, Laura (Felix) Ocasio, Ana (Ernesto) Lopez, and Anabelle (Johnny) Reyna; 15 grandchildren; and mother, Carmen Medrano. He is also survived by his six sisters: Cristina (Juan) Ortiz, Mary (Paul) Gonzales, Anabel (Gustavo) Guerra, Blanca (Ubaldo) Silva, Alma (Jaime) Rosillo, and Carmen (Marcelo) Rosillo. Johnny is preceded in death by his father, Concepcion Medrano.

Viewing will be Friday, September 11, 2020 from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. with a Holy Rosary at 6:00 p.m. Cremation will follow at a later date.
