Roger Arthur Ussery, 77, of Columbia, Kentucky, died Monday, September 7, 2020 at his home.

He was preceded in death by his parents John and Sarah Ophelia Shaw Halbauer.

He was of the Baptist faith, a US Air Force Veteran, retired from the Federal Aviation Administration, a member of the American Motorcyclist Association, North American Hunting Club, NARFE, American Legion, NRA and AARP.

Three sons – Roger (Holly) Ussery of California, Roderick Ussery of New Albany, Indiana, Randy (Christine) Ussery of Columbia

Six brothers – Daniel (Connie) Halbauer of Marengo, Indiana, Steve Halbauer, William Halbauer, Gregory Halbauer & Reis (Tammy) Halbauer all of Louisville, Chris (Bart) Halbauer of South Carolina

One sister – Rhonda (Tommy) Duvall of Louisville

12 Grandchildren and 10 Great-Grandchildren

Funeral service – Sunday, September 13, 2020 at 1:00 P.M. at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home with Bro. B.J. Huff officiating

Burial in Haven Hill Cemetery with full military honors presented by VFW 6097

Visitation after 12 Noon on Sunday
