David Wayne Bowen, 49, of Inwood passed away on Sunday, September 6, 2020 at Berkeley Medical Center. Born September 10, 1970 in Charles Town, WV he is the son of Diann D. and David J. Bowen. He attended Central Chapel Church in Back Creek Valley. David was a talented businessman, specializing in carpentry from rough end to finish. He was a sportsman, fisherman and nature lover. In addition to his parents, he is survived by one son, Jacob Bowen of WVU; his brother, Evan R. Bowen; one sister, Malinda Gregory; and many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by one sister, Patty Lee Bowen. Services and interment are private. Arrangements by Brown Funeral Home.
