Jean was born January 8, 1943 in Panama City, FL to Ralph Edward and Minnie Ruth (McClellan) Andrews and remained a life-long resident of Bay County. Jean is pre-ceded in death by her husband, Albert Rayneal “Ray” Courtney, a daughter, Janet Land, and sisters, Peggy Reed & Betty Andrews. She is survived by son, Buddy (Evelyn) Courtney, Jr. of Panama City, son-in-law, Tim Land of Panama City, grandsons, Donny Watson, Dougie Morton and Raymond Courtney all of Panama City, granddaughter, Jennifer Morton of Panama City as well as numerous nieces and nephews.</p>January 8, 1943 - September 8, 202001/08/194309/08/2020
