<p><br /> Peggy Vance Green, 73, of Ashland, died peacefully Sunday, September 6, 2020, at Community Hospice.<br /> <br /> She was born August 20, 1947, in Ashland, Kentucky, a daughter of the late Grover Scott and Lucille Crum Vance. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Charles "Charlie" Roger Clifford and a grandson Thomas "Tommy" Lee Livingston.<br /> <br /> Peggy was a former employee of Ashland Oil Inc. and several retail businesses.<br /> <br /> She is survived by her daughter, Nancy Clifford Crumpton; grandchildren, Kara Crumpton and Chase Crumpton; a brother, G.
