Penny J. Lewis, 68, of Logansport, passed away on Sunday, September 6, 2020 in her residence.

Born on October 26, 1951 in Kokomo, she is the daughter to the late Kenneth K. and Doris (Campbell) Dishon. Penny was a 1969 graduate of Lewis High School. She had worked at Granny’s Kitchen, the Harvest House, Wilsons Meat Packing Plant and recently retired from Small Parts after working 26 years there.

Survivors include three daughters, Sabrina Davis of Indianapolis; Laura (Kelly) Austin of Kokomo; Elizabeth (Joseph) Bennett of Logansport; two step sons, Jerry Lewis of Logansport; Craig (Gina) Lewis of Ohio; twelve grandchildren; five great grandchildren; sister, Dorothy (Pat) McCann of Logansport; brother, Jerry Dishon of Kokomo; several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by two sisters, Catherine Dishon and Sally M. Townsend; and two brothers, Henry and Kelly Dishon.

A celebration of life will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, September 12, 2020 at Gundrum Funeral Home & Crematory with Rev. Dr. Daisok Panmei officiating. Burial will follow at Ever-Rest Memorial Park.

Visitation will be held from 11:00 AM until the time of service on Saturday.
