Otis Jessie Horton age 78 of Horse Cave passed away Saturday, Sept. 5 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital in Somerset. He was the son of the late Logan & Nora Hatfield Horton. He owned a salvage yard in Horse Cave in was of the Baptist faith. He was preceded in death by his brothers and sisters-Veraldine, Richard, Leon and Doris. Otis is survived by his children-Jessie, Donnie and Josh Horton all of Horse Cave, Jerry Horton of Vine Grove, Russell & William Horton both of Louisville; Lisa Hensley & husband Darrell of Monroe Brothers-Bruce, Alvie & James Horton all of Hardyville Sisters-Lorene Harvey of Greensburg, Julie Lane & Velvet Durham both of Hardyville, Geraldine Dennis of Cecilia and Jackie Geary of Louisville Six grandchildren and two step-grandchildren also survive. Funeral services for Otis Jessie Horton will be 11am Thursday in the chapel of Sego Funeral Home with Bro. Bobby Neal officiating. Burial will be in the Antioch Cemetery at Grayson County. Visitation will be Wednesday from 4-8pm and after 8am Thursday at the Sego Funeral Home.
