Suzanne M. Sabourin (Swincicki) Bay City, Michigan Suzanne was welcomed home by her husband and son in the late morning hours of Saturday, September 5, 2020. Age 83 years. She was born October 7, 1936 in Bay City to the late Julian and Angeline (Kuras) Swincicki. She married the love of her life David L. Sabourin in St. Stanislaus Kostka Church on February 20, 1960 and he predeceased her on December 18, 2018. Suzanne was a member of Our Lady of Peace Parish-St. Mary’s Church most of her life. She was a devoted and dedicated member of the Knights of Columbus Ladies Auxiliary through St. Stephen Council #4102, where she held several offices over the years including Past President. Suzanne worked for many years at Bay Lanes at their counter in Bay City. She loved bowling, camping, knitting and the weekly card parties with her lady friends that she would often arrange. Surviving are seven children: Terrance (Michele) Sabourin, Karen (Mark) Reed, Sandra (David) Dutton, Brian Sabourin, Daniel Sabourin, Ellen (Thomas) Kinsey and Aaron (Shelly) Sabourin, 18 grandchildren: Jason (Jennifer) Turek, Alicia Anderson, Shannon (Josh) Haener, Carley Sabourin and (Justin), Gina Reed and (Adam), Katelynne (Mark) Carles, Brandon Reed, Andrea Reed and (Conrad), Timothy (Kristyn) Dutton, Chad (Tiffany) Dutton, Austin Sabourin and (Alena), Dylan (Gabryelle) Sabourin, Logan Kinsey and (Katrina), Jocelin Kinsey, Tristan (Phillip) Tilger, Chantal Piggott and (Spenser), Kristy Dombrowski and (Nic) and Michael Dombrowski and (Trish), 10 great grandchildren, one brother James (Betty) Swincicki, and in-laws: Betty Klosowski, Frank (Peggy) Sabourin, Barb (Mike) DeRussel, Phyllis Hahn, Jack (Deborah) Sabourin, Joan Sabourin and her husband Andrew Tierman, and numerous nieces and nephews Suzanne was predeceased by one son Randolph Sabourin, daughter-in-law Luanne Sabourin, and brothers-in-law Jimmy Klosowski and Bud Hahn. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 10, 2020 at Our Lady of Peace Parish-St. Mary’s Church, 607 E. South Union Street, Bay City, MI 48706. Fr. John Sarge will celebrate Mass. Visitation will take place at church, only, from 9:00 a.m. until the time of Mass. Following Mass, family and friends will travel in procession to St. Patrick Cemetery for the Rite of Committal and Interment.
