Cheryl Piper-Snyder Obituary

Cheryl Piper-Snyder, a lifelong resident of Waynesboro, PA passed peacefully on September 5, 2020 at Wellspan Waynesboro Hospital. Cheryl is survived by her fiancé, Marc Laborde, her son, Keith Snyder, mother, Shirley V. Piper and two brothers, Harry E. Piper Jr. and Jeffrey G. Piper. Cheryl was born in Waynesboro on January 14, 1963 to Harry E. Piper and Shirley V. Piper. She graduated from Waynesboro Area Senior High in 80’ before later receiving her Master’s degree in Metaphysical Science from the University of Sedona in 2014. On November 21, 1992 she welcomed into the world her son Keith Snyder of which she stated raising him became, “the most important job I ever had.” Cheryl believed in always sending people love and was passionate about helping others reach their fullest potential. After co-owning Your Hair Affair she later went on to open NuVogue in Waynesboro which is still around today though under new management. After moving to Salt Lake City, Utah she became passionate about living a holistic lifestyle which led her to eventually return to Waynesboro in 2011 later founding Alchemy Holistic Life Coach. Cheryl always treasured the fact that she was raised in a small town and enjoyed being an active member of the community serving on the board of directors for the Waynesboro Chamber of Commerce, Arts Alliance, and Historical Society. Her life message was, “to send love, forgiveness, and compassion,” with which she hosted multiple Facebook live events and other video guides to help others work through any pain or suffering they were going through. A celebration of life will be held at Renfrew Park Pavilion on Friday, September 11, 2020 from 4:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M.
