Charles Homer Addington was born May 14,1933, in Wise, Virginia to the late Charles and Doshia (nee Hensley) Addington and passed away September 5, 2020, at the age of 87. Charles is survived by his beloved wife, Evelyn Colonel Addington, children, Karla Susan Addington-Smith (Craig), Eric Charles Addington, grandsons, Austin Tyler Smith and Payton Tanner Smith and siblings, Betty Hill, Robert, Clyde and Thomas Addington. Charles was a resident of Cincinnati, Ohio, a U.S. Army veteran and a 40 year employee of Kraft Foods. Visitation 12:00 PM, Thursday September 10, 2020, until time of funeral service at 2:00 PM, Thursday at E.C. Nurre Funeral Home, 200 Western Ave. New Richmond, Ohio 45157. Burial, with military honors, St. Peter Cemetery, New Richmond, Ohio. Memorials may be made to the donors choice in Charles's memory
