Albert Rayneal “Ray” Courtney, 82 of Panama City, passed away September 5, 2020 at Ascension Bay Medical. Ray was born February 26, 1938 in Kinard, FL to Marshall Albert and Docia (Forehand) Courtney. Ray is followed in death by his wife, Jean and pre-ceded in death by his daughter, Janet Land and a brother, Marshall Courtney. He is survived by his son, Buddy (Evelyn) Courtney, Jr., of Panama City, son-in-law, Tim Land of Panama City, sisters, Gracie (Winford) Smith of Panama City, Janie Faye Finch of Panama City and Diane (Gerald) Bush of Dublin, GA; his grandsons, Donny Watson, Dougie Morton and Raymond Courtney all of Panama City and granddaughter, Jennifer Morton of Panama City as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
