Frank Adair Teague Jr. was born in Morgan County, Alabama to Mrs. Alene Collier and Frank Teague Sr. on November 2, 1979.

Frank attended Progressive Christian Outreach Ministries under the leadership of Dr. Arthur L. Warrior.

He worked at Matsu and U-Haul for many years as well as in Dietary at Decatur General Hospital. He was a very good cook and he made sure that you knew, because he would brag on himself to you. He loved his family and any change he got, he would talk about God and how blessed he was. He will be truly missed. But Never forgotten.

He departed this life on Friday, September 4, 2020 at Decatur Morgan Hospital.

Frank's memories will be cherished by his daughter: Madison Tucker. His mother: Alene Collier. His father: Frank Teague Sr. 2 Sisters: Leona Collier and Felicia Davis. A Brother: Kevin D. (April) Collier. A devoted Special Friend: Whitney Harris. A host of aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
