William Wright Edited obit Poultney William Wright, Jr William Wright Jr, 67 of Poultney, died Thursday September 3, 2020 at the Ruland Center for Health and Rehabilitation, after a long illness. He was born June 8, 1953, the son of William J. and Patricia (Briggs) Wright. Bill graduated from Fair Haven Union High school in 1972. He entered the Navy in the mid 1970’s. He was employed at General Electric for 15 years prior to his retirement in 2018. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and online poker. Bill is survived by a daughter Billie Jo Wright of Poultney, a brother, Robert of Fair Haven and two sisters Nancy Glasscock of Castleton and Diane Lee of Granville, NY, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. Per his wishes, there will be no services. Arrangements are through the Durfee Funeral Home, 119 North Main St. Fair Haven, VT
