Patty Ratliff Campbell, 89, widow of Jimmy Campbell, passed away on Thursday, May 4, 2017, at St. Joseph Hospital in Lexington, KY. She was born on February 9, 1928, in Elkhorn City, Kentucky, to the late Curtis and Thelma Chaney Ratliff. She was a homemaker and a farmer, who loved to garden and cook. She was an exceptional quilter and a lifelong dog lover. She is survived by one sister, Lois Ratliff of Frankfort, KY; two nieces, Melanie Ratliff and Beth Healy; one nephew, Steven (Donna) Campbell; close family friend, Chad Rogers; and her caregivers, Amanda Hitt and Donna Campbell. Graveside services will be at 11:00AM, Monday, May 8, 2017, at Clarmont Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to Clark County Animal Shelter 5000 Ironworks Road, Winchester, KY 40391.
