It is with great sadness that the family of the Late Lorne Otto Henstridge announce his passing at the Green Bay Health Centre in Springdale on September 4th at the age of 77. Lorne was a member of the Salvation Army Triton/Brighton Corps. Lorne retired from Kruger where he was a Heavy-Duty Equipment Operator. Predeceased by parents Dulcy and Nelson, and sister Vivian. Left with fond and loving memories are his wife; Bernice, sons; Tony (Golda) of Springdale, Stacey (Kay) of Triton, and Steven (Rosalind) of Paradise, daughters; Tammy (Todd) of St. John’s and Terri-Lynn (Shawn) of Lloydminster, AB. Also leaving to mourn grandchildren, Samantha, Carly, Christopher, Taylor, Jonathan, Danika, Rachel, and Sadie. Majors Terry and Roxanne Feltham will conduct a funeral service for invited family and friends with restrictions due to COVID-19. Pallbearers are Tony, Stacey, Steven, Christopher Stoodly, Taylor Fifield, and Laurence Henstridge. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Ryan Peddle and Julia Caines of Central Funeral Homes.
