Charlotte “Grammy” Davis of the Herbine Community is now in the arms of Jesus, she passed away on September 2, 2020. She was born November 22, 1938 in Bucyrus, Ohio. She is preceded in death by her husband Kenneth Davis, a son Jeffrey Davis, her parents, Addison and Thelma Patton, one brother Don Patton and one sister Sandra Strouse. Charlotte was an art teacher at Kingsland and Rison High Schools, which was a blessing to her after completing college and graduating later in life which was a life-long dream. She will be missed by all who knew her.

She is survived by her daughter Pam Boucher (Mike) of Charleston, SC, daughter Angela McClain of Little Rock, one son Kent Davis of Herbine, grandchildren, Bart and Hanna Terry, Janet Patrick, Carly McClain, Michael and Alicia Burton, Steven and Tina Davis, Chris and Amber Davis, Jaylynn Davis, great-grandchildren, Linzee and Justin Webb, Judd and Gibson Terry, Addison Patrick, Laythan Cash, Michael Wright and Arlen Burton and 2 great-great-grandchildren and one on the way.

Visitation will be from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Friday, September 4, 2020 at Buie Funeral Home in Rison.

Graveside services will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday, September 5, 2020 at Prosperity Cemetery.
