Terry Lee LaFore

<p>Terry Lee LaFore, 6 years young, of Ogallala, NE, entered into eternal rest, Tuesday, September 1, 2020 from Medulloblastoma brain cancer.</p> <p>Terry was welcomed into this world on December 16th, 2013 to Jeremiah Lee and Effie Marie (Harris) LaFore.&nbsp;</p> <p>He was a typical little boy that loved to play with his friend and sisters. He enjoyed spending as much time as possible outside and helping his parents with various outdoor activities such as yard work, working on cars with dad, shoveling snow, and rescuing cats that needed help. He enjoyed playing with his sisters Rebecca, Roseanna, and Jasilynn. They enjoyed riding bikes, and running and playing in the yard. Terry always found joy and peace by being with his cats. Terry&#39;s favorite toys were legos and anything he could build with. Towards the end Terry enjoyed playing Minecraft on his tablet. Terry was a 1st grader at Prairie View Elementary in Ogallala. He was a very loved boy by all who met him. He was a blessing and a joy to be around and filled everyone&#39;s heart with love and encouragement.</p> <p>On March 27th, 2020, it was discovered Terry had a mass on his brain stem that the family came to discover was cancer. In just 5 short months Terry underwent multiple surgeries, rehab, radiation and chemo before his battle came to a peaceful end.&nbsp;</p> <p>He will be remembered by so many.</p> <p>Terry was preceded in death by grandfather&rsquo;s Jerry Harris, Terry Lee LaFore and Thomas &lsquo;TJ&rsquo; Jarvis, an uncle Jeremiah Harris and many other loving family members along the way.</p> <p>He will be especially held close by those closest to him which includes his parents; Jeremiah and Effie and sisters Rebecca Wade, Roseanna Wade, and Jasilynn LaFore; other survivors include his great grandfather&#39;s Ralph Kirkwood, of&nbsp; Colorado and Rodney Harris, of Wyoming; grandmothers, Charolette Porix and Leslie Harris of Ogallala; his Godmother Amanda Page, of Ogallala; his aunts and uncles Chris and Kat Martinez and their children, of Ogallala, Erica Karr and boys of Arapahoe, Joseph Leon Karr and his significant other Shane, of Colorado, Linda Breese with Timothy Breese and ReAnna Pierce and their children, of Ogallala, Nathan and Loretta Lynn Elliott and their children, of Arapahoe, and many other family and friends.</p> <p>A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, September 12, 2020 at the New Hope Church in Ogallala with Pastor Matt Waitly officiating.</p> <p>A memorial has been established in his name.&nbsp;</p> <p>Online condolences may be left at www.drauckerfh.com by clicking the Share a Memory or Tribute Wall button.
