Evelyn J. Shouse, of Cincinnati, formerly of Bethel, was born on June 11, 1938, in Cincinnati, Ohio to the late John H. and Henrietta (nee Yourell) Ketchum and passed away August 29, 2020, in Anderson Township, Ohio at the age of 82. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Oscar H. Shouse, her step-children, Ken Shouse and Deborah Hoffman and her sibilings, Luke, Dan, David, Matthew and Timothy Ketchum.  Evelyn is survived by children, Ron (Jeannie) Shouse and Jim (Sherry) Neville. Her siblings, John, Neil and Mark Ketchum. Also survived by 8 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. A visitation will be from 9:30 AM until time of funeral service at 10:30 AM, Thursday, September 3, 2020, at the E.C. Nurre Funeral Home, 315 W. Plane Street, Bethel. Burial to follow in the Concord Cemetery in Williamsburg Township. Memorials may be given to the Hospice East of Cincinnati.
