In Celebration of Her New Life

February 9, 1939 - August 22, 2020

Formerly of Barrigada, Guam entered the eternal presence and peace of God on August 22,2020 at the age of 81 in Lihue, HI.

“We are confident, yes, well pleased rather to be absent from the body and to be present with the Lord.” 2 Corinthians 5:8

In her passing, she joins her parents Jesus Aguon Unpingco and Maria Garrido Unpingco; her husband LeRoy Dean Houck; her brothers Antonio, Vicente, Carlos, and Jesus Unpingco; and her sisters-in-law, Dolores & Darlene Unpingco.

Her love and memory live on in the hearts of her children Antonio “Tony” & Cindy Houck, Houston, TX (Carlos and Ezekiel Houck, Joseph, Robert, and Darlene Salas); Robert & Cynthia Rabina-Houck, Lihue, HI (Anthony & Lucille Santos, Robin, Joshua, Jonathan, Robert & Raelene Houck); Anna Maria “Pinky” & Kevin Warford, Port Orchard, WA (Keoki, Alaka’i, and Kapena); and 8 great grandchildren.  Surviving brothers & sisters in law Juan, Marina, CA, Francisco, Barrigada, GU, Jose & Lorraine Unpingco, Barrigada, GU, and Felisa Unpingco, Victorville, CA.  Numerous cousins, nieces & nephews.

Additionally, forever remembered by Christine Aguon, and hanai granddaughters Tiffany Ann Kanahele, and Valerie Ponialoha Kahale.

An Intimate celebration of her life will be held on September 19 in Lihue, Hawaii at 4232 Malae St.  Her remains will be interred with those of her husband LeRoy at Tahoma National Cemetery, Kent, WA on a future date to be determined.
