Mr. Victor Jackson Obituary

Victor Emanuel Jackson was born on November 14, 1925, in Colon, Panama City, Republic of Panama, to Theodore Jackson and Gwendolyn Hylton. He attended trade school located in Colon City in Panama, where he graduated as a Carpenter. After graduation, he dedicated over 40 years of his life working in construction remodeling and building homes throughout the cities of Colon and Panama City, Panama. Our beloved Father, Grandfather, Great grandfather, brother, uncle and friend Victor Emmanuel Jackson passed away on Tuesday, 25 August 2020 after a long and blessed life. He was 94.

Victor Emmanuel Jackson dedicated his life to God and was very conscientious in his church duties. He preached on deacon day at his church in San Cristobal, Republic of Panama. He served faithfully for several years as a choir member, quartet member, deacon and head deacon in three Adventist churches in his country of Panama: Berea, Llano Bonito, San Cristobal, as well as Shiloh in New York City. He was always well dressed and very particular about his appearance.

He leaves to cherish his memory: his wife, Edna Jackson, his children: Victor Jackson Jr, Jose Jackson, Victoria Patterson, Isilda Allen, Julian Kinlock, Sandra Jones, Ricardo Kinlock. Grandchildren: Victor III, Kevin, Katelyn, Justin, Alexis, Angelica, Fernando, Michel, CJ, Raymond, Suleika, Julian Jr, Stephanie, Nadine, Emma, Elisa, Ernesto Jr, Jenniffer, Emmanuel, Carlos, Oscar, Michael, Melanie, Stefanie, Elizabeth, Fiama, David, Christopher, Mary and 20 great-grandchildren, 1 Brother: Emanual Springer, Sisters: Helena Braithwaite, Thelma Calderon, Maria Patterson-Kent, Nati Springer and a host of other relatives and friends. Sleep on oh husband, father and grandfather for the trumpet shall-sound: For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds. And the very God of peace sanctify you wholly; and I pray God your whole spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. Faithful is he that calleth you, who also will do it. 1Thessalonians 4:16-17, 5:23-24. We are following the CDC guidelines.
