Joseph Edward Blankenship, age 56, of Heber Springs, Arkansas, passed away on August 26, 2020. Born on February 26, 1964 in Little Rock, Arkansas, he was the son of Helen Tunnell Blankenship and the late W.T. Blankenship. Joe was a loving son, husband, father and grandfather. He was an active member of the community and enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, and first wife Valeria Frazier Blankenship. He is survived by his mother, his wife Brenda Bounds Blankenship, his children Frazier Blankenship and his wife Kaitlyn, Brook Blankenship, Hayden Blankenship and Brandon Blankenship, his siblings John, Bob, Wyck and Mary Ann, and his granddaughters Jerikah and Vidalia. Joe is also survived by several nieces, nephews and in-laws whom he loved very much. Joe loved big, gave big and will be missed by many. A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
