Betty Mae Laws Obituary

Betty Mae Laws 81, was born in Wilmington, Delaware on July 11, 1939 to the late Riley Person and Johnnie Mae Walker-Brown. 

She was also preceded in death by her two brothers Raymond Brown and Willie Mells, Jr. and one sister Geraldine Brown.

She was employed by the St. Francis Hospital as a Certified Nursing Assistant until she left to render her experience and knowledge to the Kimberly Quality Care until her health declined.

Mom loved cooking, cleaning, and socializing along with traveling. And she LOVED to go into the Kingdom Hall.

She leaves to cherish her memory: her husband Melvin Laws; one son Dwayne Laws; two daughters Debora Laws and Teresa Walker; four grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild, along with one brother Arthur L. Walker (Bernice); one sister Dorothy Harmon, and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Her Zoom Celebration of Life Memorial will be at 12 Noon on Saturday August 29, 2020.
