Jill Jenkins Bowles, 50, of Bowie, Maryland, formerly of Richmond, died February 19, 2017. She was preceded in death by her father, Raymond J. Jenkins. Surviving are her daughter, Sydni Russell; two sons, Todd Jr. and Troy Bowles; grandson, Tyrann Mathieu Jr.; fiance, James Byrson; mother, Annie J. Ross (Donald); sister, Jenean Hooker (Dean); maternal grandmother, Vernelle Nelson; niece, Jessica Hooker; four uncles; five aunts; cousins; other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Scott's Funeral Home, 115 E. Brookland Park Blvd. The family will receive friends in Scott's Chapel on Thursday, March 2, 2017 from 6 to 7 p.m. Funeral services will be held at 12 noon Friday, March 3, 2017 at St. Paul's Baptist Church, 4247 Creighton Road, Interment Maury Cemetery.
