Ivan A. Mills, 88, of Richmond, died May 5, 2016. Surviving are his wife, Dorothea J. Mills; daughter, Adrienne Nelson (Pouncee); brother, Mortimer Mills (Omita) of Absecon, NJ; three sisters-in-law; host of nieces and nephews three godchildren; other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Scott's Funeral Home, 115 E. Brookland Park Blvd. The family will receive friends Thursday, May 12, 2016 at St. Philip's Episcopal Church, 2900 Hanes Ave. from 10 a.m. until the hour of services at 11 a.m. Mother Phoebe Roaf, officiating. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to St. Philip's Church. Interment Forest Lawn Cemetery.
