Linda Marie Gordon

Age 72, of Windsor, passed away peacefully at home Sunday, August 23, 2020 with her daughter by her side, after a courageous battle with cancer. Born March 18, 1948 in Windsor, she was a daughter of the late Frank and Alice (Purdy) Brown. Linda was hard worker and enjoyed life with just as much passion. She loved gardening, camping, and spending time with family. She will be greatly missed by her daughter, Nicole, Mt. Denson; son, Sean (Petrina), Gaspereau; grandchildren, Joseph (Rebecca), Jessica, Amber, Keegan, Riley; great-grandchildren, Ava, Ardyn. She is also survived by several sisters, brothers, nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by brother, Laurie Brown. Special thank you to Amber Phillips, palliative care and Dr. Nick Williams. Arrangements have been entrusted to DeMont Family Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 419 Albert Street, Windsor (902-798-8317). She will be laid to rest beside her parents in Rawdon at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Linda may be made to The Lodge That Gives, 5826 South St., Halifax, NS B3H 1S6 (902-423-6183).
