Anne Percic

Anne Percic March 31, 1925 – August 23, 2020 It is with saddened hearts we mark the passing of Anne Percic, loving wife of 51 years to John Percic. After a long battle with Alzheimer, Anne now reunites with her son Brian, sister May and brother Andrew. Anne is survived by her sisters Janet and Helen. Anne will be missed by daughters Pamela and Valarie and son David. Anne was blessed with many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Anne loved to travel, she loved to dance and music was a big part of her life, she was blessed with a kind heart and a strong will. She was fiercely proud of her Scottish heritage and all things Scottish. She always had a hot meal on the ready for whomever showed up at her door. Anne had a love for shopping and shopping malls and could never resist a good deal. When Alzheimer stole her mind and memories, a favorite song would get her humming to long forgotten words that put a smile on her face. Anne had a wandering spirit, and so now, once again she may begin to roam. Her travels begin again anew. May the road rise up to meet you May the wind be ever at your back May the sun shine ever on your face May the rain fall softly on your fields Until we meet again may God hold you In the palm of His hand A service for Anne will be held at a later date, in lieu of flowers donations can be made to 2nd floor, Long Term Care at the High River Hospital, 560 9 Ave SW, High River AB. T1V 1B3 to brighten the days of patients and those who toil tirelessly to care for them.
