Meloney Criddle Luke, 49, passed away unexpectedly in her sleep at her home in Starkville, Mississippi, on August 23, 2020. Meloney was born in Starkville, MS, to Shelia and Troy (Jr.) Criddle on May 31, 1971. She graduated from Starkville High School and later from East Mississippi Community College with an Associates degree. She was a mother to two children, Logan and Will. She enjoyed traveling, especially cruising, sewing blankets, and collecting Monopoly games. She was a loving homemaker at the time of her death. Meloney was preceded in death by her father, paternal grandparents, Troy and Dola Criddle, and maternal grandparents, Thomas (Red) and Jean White. In addition to her children and mother, she is survived by her partner, Brian Falkman, three grandchildren, Aubree, Ella, and Braxton, two sisters, Tosha (Josh) Shurden and Heather (Cary) Smith, four nephews, and one niece. Her family will attend a private graveside service.
