Mrs. Carrie Richardson Bottley, 90, of 23 Prudence Road, Pittsview, AL passed Friday, April 15, 2016 at her residence. Funeral service will be held 1:00 p.m. EST (12 noon CST), Saturday, April 23, 2016 at Cool Springs Baptist Church, Pittsview, AL with Rev. Samuel Davis, pastor, officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Visitation is Friday, April 22, 2016 from 2 - 8 p.m. EST according to Taylor Funeral Home, Inc. Mrs. Bottley was born December 25, 1925 in Russell County, AL to the late Charlie Richardson, Sr. and the late Tempie Ivery Richardson. She was a member of Cool Springs Baptist Church and was a homemaker. Survivors include four daughters, Bobbie Williams, Bertha Day and Glenda Leonard all of Pittsview, AL; Birda (David) Lewis of Las Vegas, NV; one son, John (Geneva) Bottley, Jr. of Atlanta, GA; eight grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, ten great - great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
