It is with broken hearts that the family of the late BEULAH MAY BURT of Grand Bank announce her passing at The Agnes Pratt Home, St. John’s, Friday, August 14th at the age of 87.

Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are sons, Bruce Burt (Elizabeth) and Lloyd Burt (May), both, of Little Barasway, NL; daughters, Sandra Miller (Calvin) of Paradise, NL, Sharon Hillier (Doug Bungay) of Grand Bank, NL, Sheila Skinner (Albert) of Brooks, AB and Lynn Chevier (Shawn) of Edmonton, AB; sister, Eleanor Fizzard; brothers, Max Cox and Fred Cox; 11 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchild: plus a large circle of relatives and friends.

Beulah was pre-deceased by husband, Leonard Burt, of 66 years together; parents, Manuel and Elsie Cox; brothers, Maurice and Philip Cox; son-in-law, Ernest Hillier; granddaughter-in-law, Cynthia Burt; parents-in-law, Stan and Julia Burt; brothers-in-law, Chesley Sweetapple, Stan Fizzard and George Henry Burt; sisters-in-law, Bertha Cox and Dinah Sweetapple.

In order to maintain social distancing and to follow the public health advisory of COVID-19, a private (family) walk through visitation will take place on Sunday, August 16th and Monday, August 17th and from 10am to 12pm, 2pm to 4pm & 7pm to 9pm. A private funeral Service will take place at the Salvation Army Citadel in Grand Bank on Tuesday, August 18th at 2pm. Interment to follow at the Salvation Army Cemetery in Grand Bank

In Beulah’s memory donations may be made to The Salvation Army Grand Bank Corps Cemetery Fund.
