<div class="embed-responsive embed-responsive-16by9"><iframe class="embed-responsive-item" src="https://portal.midweststreams.com/services/iframe/12204" scrolling="no" frameborder="0" webkitallowfullscreen mozallowfullscreen allowfullscreen> </iframe></div> <p>Mike Gellner, 78, of Langdon, ND, passed away Friday, August 14, 2020, at his home in Langdon.</p> <p>Dale Michael Gellner was born April 6, 1942, in Langdon, ND, to Frank and Ruby (Coyle) Gellner. He attended grade school at the one room schoolhouse in Perry Township&nbsp;and St. Alphonsus High School, graduating in 1960. He continued his education at Wahpeton. Mike and Donna Crowston were married April 4, 1964, at St. Alphonsus Church in Langdon. They first lived in California where Mike worked at 3M and in construction before moving to Seattle for a few years. In 1970, they returned to Langdon where Mike was a mail carrier and worked as a firefighter at the Cavalier Air Force Station. He then started farming and custom harvesting. Mike enjoyed restoring old tractors, hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. He was a member of St. Alphonsus Church, Eagles Aerie #3454, and the US Custom Harvesters Assoc. as well as being a past board member for Perry Township.</p> <p>Mike is survived by his wife, Donna, of Langdon; children: Kelly (Kathy) Gellner of Bismarck, ND, Karla (Kevin) Bagatta of Hummelstown, PA, and Kraig (Lindsey) Gellner of Langdon; 13 grandchildren; siblings: Judy (Lorne) Tetrault, Mary Ellen (Ken) Heck, and Duane (Lola) Gellner; and sisters-in-law Agnes Gellner and Beverly Gellner. He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers Daryle and Kenneth, and sister Eunice (Jim) Bowles.</p> <p>Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, August 18, 2020, at St. Alphonsus Catholic Church in Langdon, ND. Visitation will take place from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. with a 7:00 p.m. prayer service on Monday, August 17, 2020, at St. Alphonsus Church in Langdon. Burial will be at Calvary Cemetery, Langdon.</p>
