Marianne Erna Coleman

COLEMAN, Marianne Erna – of Clio, age 90, died Thursday, August 13, 2020 at her residence. A Graveside Service will be held at 1:00 PM Tuesday, August 18, 2020 at Thetford Township Cemetery. Pastor Ed Emmerling officiating. The family will receive visitors on Monday, August 17, 2020 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM at O’Guinn Family Funeral Home in Clio, Michigan. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Genesee County Humane Society. Marianne was born February 8, 1930 in Germany to the late Otto and Erna Springsguth. She married Silas Dekalita in 1953 in Germany and he preceded her in death in 1994. Marianne then married George Coleman in 2001. She was very kind and caring, Marianne loved all animals and took in several strays over the years. Surviving are: Husband, George Coleman; Step Children, John (Teresa) Coleman, Max (Heather) Coleman, Sharon (Rusty) Sampsel, Margo Dekalita; Brother, Manford Springsguth; Sister, Kathi Erstling. She was preceded in death by her Parents, Grandparents, and 2 sisters.
