Edith Olejarz
Edith E. Olejarz, at 90 years old, of Jackson NJ, passed away suddenly on August 9, 2020. Born on July 2, 1930 to Harry & Florence (Kronemyer) Vasey in Newark, NJ. Edith would go to marry her best friend and love of her life, John E. Olejarz with whom she raised their family of three children. Edith was previously employed by Bethlehem Steel in Newark, NJ from 1954-1966, she then continued her employment with Unex Manufacturing in Jackson N.J. and then ending her career with the County of Ocean where she worked as a Clerk for 14 years. Edith has joined her parents Harry and Florence, sister Florence Frielinghaus-Johnson, brothers Edward Frielinghaus and Henry Vasey, husband John Sr, son John Jr, and her Granddaughter Nicole Olejarz. She is survived by brother George Vasey, son Wayne J. Olejarz, son Barry G. Olejarz and his wife Denise, as well as her grandchildren Wayne B. Olejarz and wife Jennifer, Kimberly Maurath and husband Brian, Brooke Joaquin and her husband Rasheed, Brittany Olejarz, and 11 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Arangements are under the care of the GEORGE S. HASSLER FUNERAL HOME, 980 Bennetts Mills Rd., Jackson Twp., NJ. There will be a private graveside service in remembrance of Edith.
