Juanita Cochran, age 80, of Cumming, passed away Saturday, August 8, 2020 at her residence. Funeral services are scheduled for 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, August 12, 2020 at the Sosebee Memorial Chapel with Rev. Bud Sutton, Elder Daniel Tompkins and Elder James Heard officiating. Interment will follow in Forsyth Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Sosebee Funeral Home on Tuesday from 5:00 p.m .until 9:00 p.m. and Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. until the funeral hour. Mrs. Cochran was a founding member of Forsyth Primitive Baptist Church. She was a wonderful caregiver, an avid reader and a fantastic grandmother and great-grandmother. Juanita was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, Robert E. Cochran. She is survived by her children, Genia Fink (Nathan), Grady Cochran (Donna) and Ron Cochran (Kristen); siblings, James C. Heard, Ed Gravley and Opal Dean; two grandsons; three granddaughters; seven great-grandchildren; aunt, uncle; several sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law; and multiple nieces and nephews. Serving as pallbearers will be Brett Cochran, Chad Fink, Matt Johnson, Wes Brown, John Heard and Stephen Heard.
