Sidney and Caribou Patricia (Damboise) Roix, 77, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, August 5th, 2020. She was born on October 5th, 1942 in Connor Plantation the daughter of the late Clifford and Effie Damboise. Pat was employed by the State of Maine for over 40 years with most of that time in the Department of Agriculture. Pat’s children were the joy of her life and she loved spending her time with them. Pat is survived by her children Michelle Newbegin and her husband Torrey of Augusta and her twin sons, Marc and Matthew Roix of Sidney. Pat is also survived by her sister, Jeannette Harris and her husband Wayne of Houlton, along with several nieces and nephews and cousins. Pat was predeceased by a son, Stephen Roix; her sister Irene Bushey; a brother Donald Damboise and a special uncle, her godfather, John Damboise. Due to COVID restrictions, funeral services will be private. Burial will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Caribou.
