Margaret Elaine (Sadler) Park was born on a farm west of Correctionville, Iowa on March 16, 1921 to Walter and Anna (Rippke) Sadler. She passed away August 6, 2020 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma at the age of 99 years, 4 months and 21 days. After living several places she finally settled in Sayre, Oklahoma with her husband, Dr. Harland O. Park. She enjoyed singing in the church choir, painting and doing ceramics. Together they were class parents of Sayre graduating class of 1960. Elaine enjoyed spending time with her fellow bridge club and spent time traveling with friends all throughout the United States. After Harland's death she moved to Oklahoma City to live with her daughter. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Dr. Harland Park; her son, Bradley Park; daughter, Judy Isch; infant daughter, Darla Joan and her brother, Austin Harold Sadler. Elaine is survived by her 6 grandchildren, Don McAlpin and wife, Melinda, Shawnee, OK, Deanna Cochran and husband, Dana, Oklahoma City, OK, Randal McAlpin and wife, Cori, Oklahoma City, OK, Ty Park and wife, Lisa, Ft. Worth, TX, Todd Park and wife, Dana, Yukon, OK and Corrie Duncan, Yukon, OK; 14 great grandchildren; numerous great great grandchildren; daughter-in-law, Linda Park and a host of nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. Graveside services will be held Tuesday, August 11, 2020 at 2:30 P.M. at Silent Home Cemetery under the direction of Chris Whinery and the staff of Affordable Cremation Service-West.
