Rose Jean Paddy Obituary

   Rose Paddy was born on August 26, 1936 in Thunderchild First Nation, she was the youngest of seven siblings.  She met her first partner, Henry Albert, and they moved to Sweetgrass and had two children, Bertha Paddy and Gavin Albert.  She then moved to Alberta alone and met her second partner and had one daughter, Lorraine Paddy.  She then left Alberta and moved to Vancouver, B.C., and had another daughter, Regan Pelletier.  Rose was an avid seamstress and beader.  She loved beading and sewing for many people.  Rose worked at various shops as a seamstress until she was no longer able to sew.
     She is predeceased by:  her parents, Patrick and Eliza Paddy:  her brothers, Archie and Andrew Paddy; her sisters, Maryanne Dillon, Suzette Star, Hanna Cook and Katie Albert; and her daughter, Lorraine Paddy.
     Rose is survived by:  her daughters, Bertha Paddy and Regan Pelletier; her son, Gavin (Desiree) Albert; and numerous nieces, nephews, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, and many relatives and friends.
