<p>Margaret G. Couturier, 88, of Goffstown, NH, passed away peacefully on August 4th, 2020, at home surrounded by her family. She is the beloved wife of John J. Couturier with whom she shared 61 years of marriage.</p> <p>Margaret was born on May 7th, 1932 in Fitchburg, Massachusetts and was the daughter of the late John and Gentilina (Ingemi) Fortunato.&nbsp;</p> <p>For many years, she was employed by Fairgrounds Junior High in the cafeteria until her retirement.</p> <p>In her free time, Margaret was an avid reader, she enjoyed all types of genres but romance was her favorite. She also liked to garden, tending to her flowers, and cooking traditional Italian cuisines. Margaret loved shopping especially for her coordinating outfits and extensive accessories. She hosted her favorite coffee and tea time, lovingly referred to as &ldquo;Coffee Clutches&rdquo;, with her old friends in Nashua and continued with her new friends in Goffstown; a tradition that continued for over 35 years. &nbsp;Above all, her most cherished time was spent with her family.</p> <p>In addition to her husband, John, Margaret survived by her three children: two sons; Bruce Couturier of Deering, NH and Brian Couturier his wife Julie of Virginia; and one daughter; Lisa Migneault and her husband Matt of Brookline, NH; she was also survived by her eight grandchildren, Zachary, Sierra, Alexi, Harrison, Antonia, Alanna, Caroline, and Lucas; as well as her four siblings; two brothers Joseph Fortunato and his wife Carol of Fitchburg, MA and John Fortunato and his wife Mary of Winchendon, MA and two sisters; Rose Bonenfant and her husband Roland of Nashua and Helen West and her husband William of Fitchburg, MA; and several nieces and nephews.</p> <p>She was predeceased by her brother Pasquale Fortunato.</p> <p>Relatives and friends are invited to Margaret&rsquo;s WALK THROUGH visitation on MONDAY, August 10th from 4 until 7 PM at ROCHETTE FUNERAL HOME, 21 Kinsley Street, Nashua. Her Funeral Mass will take place on TUESDAY, August 11th at 10 AM in Immaculate Conception Church, 216 E. Dunstable Road, Nashua. Interment will follow in St. Louis Cemetery, Nashua.&nbsp;</p>

Margaret G. Couturier, 88, of Goffstown, NH, passed away peacefully on August 4th, 2020, at home surrounded by her family. She is the beloved wife of John J. Couturier with whom she shared 61 years of marriage.

Margaret was born on May 7th, 1932 in Fitchburg, Massachusetts and was the daughter of the late John and Gentilina (Ingemi) Fortunato.
